1. Quality Guarantee

- Craftsmanship: Every piece of furniture is handcrafted with the highest standards of workmanship. Should you find any defects in materials or craftsmanship within the first year of purchase, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

- Material Integrity: We use only high-quality materials that are designed to last. If any material defects arise within two years of purchase, we will cover the cost of repairs or offer a replacement.

2. Return Policy

- 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

- Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders can only be returned if they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect. These items are not otherwise eligible for return.

3. Delivery and Assembly

- Free Local Delivery: We offer free delivery within a 50-kiliometer radius of our store for any purchase over $500. For deliveries outside this radius, additional charges may apply.

- Assembly Services: Our team can assemble your furniture at no extra cost within our local delivery area. For areas outside, assembly services are available for a nominal fee.

4. Warranty

- Limited Lifetime Warranty: We offer a limited lifetime warranty on the structural components of our furniture. This includes frames, hardware, iron & metal furniture legs.

5. Support and Service

- Customer Support: Our customer support team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns. Please contact us during business hours for prompt and friendly service.

- Repairs and Maintenance: For any repair needs outside of our warranty period, we offer competitive rates and professional service to keep your furniture looking its best.
