1. Orders & Processing

Q: How long does it take to process my order?

A: Most orders are processed within 5 -15 business days. Custom or bulk orders may take longer. We’ll provide an estimated timeline when you place your order.

Q: Do you offer custom designs?

A: Yes! We love bringing unique ideas to life. Let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll work with you to create something special.

Q: Can I request a rush order?

A: If you need an order quickly, let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate rush requests, though additional fees may apply.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At the moment, we primarily ship within Canada but we will be soon to offer shipping throughout the U.S. , but feel free to reach out for special shipping requests.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping costs depend on your location and order size. The final shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

3. Payments & Pricing

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Credit/Debit Cards, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, JCB, Wire Bank Transfers & In some cases Apple & Google Pay.

Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?

A: Yes! If you’re interested in a bulk order, contact us for special pricing.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Since most of our products are handmade/custom, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll make it right.

Q: My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

A: We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 1 - 3 days with photos, and we’ll assist you.

5. Product Care & Maintenance

Q: How do I take care of my wooden board, custom product, etc. ?

A: To keep your item in top condition, we recommend:

a) Hand washing your wooden board with hot soapy water to clean, or cleaning with a damp cloth but be careful not to soak in water.

b) Dry your board by hand & apply grape seed oil or mineral oil in between washes to help prevent and resist your board from taking on food odours or stains.

c) Our shop offers a food safe hypoallergenic beeswax grape seed oil wood polish we co-created with the help of Dancing Bee Equipment in Port Hope, ON.

d) We conditioned and sealed your wooden board with ‘Butcher Block Mineral Oil’. However we recommend treating your wooden board similar to a ‘cast iron pan’ & oiling your board in between washes.

[Specific care instructions, e.g., avoid soaking in water, using our products in the dishwasher and apply oil every few months, clean with a soft cloth, etc.].

Q: Do you offer product repairs?

A: In some cases, we can assist with repairs or refinishing. Contact us with details, and we’ll see what we can do.
